We ALL matter!
Even when we are children, we still matter!
“I think of myself as a wild animal with a God-given right to fiercely protect my child. A wolf. This wolf never walks without her pack. If a child in this pack of wolves is hurt, I will gather my entire pack and go after those who seek to harm my child. Like an animal in the wild, I am prepared to tear those apart, limb by limb. I will chew on them and finally spit them out like the filth they are to me. Together with my pack, I will raise fire on them and unleash a kind of fury they have never known before. I won’t stop until there is nothing left to destroy. It may seem as a threat; it is a promise.”
And so the saying goes, it takes a village. But who is this village? It’s you and me; it’s our friends and it’s our teachers. We are all there to stand together like a pack of wolves and look after our children; the children of the Universe. And who best to educate our children? Our teachers!
I am so proud that my book, Into The Afterwards has been making its rounds in a Grade 10 class in South Africa!
TEACH OUR CHILDREN!
